These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1jj5 ("1jj5", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the website accessible at https://1jj5.cam and any associated services, products, tools and content provided therein (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the website or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 1jj5.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 1jj5 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money held in a User's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or non-cashable funds credited to an account pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by the Platform in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• "Services" means the sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer, and any other products offered by 1jj5 via the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game outcome or any other event offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed.
• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan.

To register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by applicable law in your country of residence.
2. You must be a natural person and acting in a personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or close family member of 1jj5 or any affiliated entity, without prior written consent from 1jj5.
6. You must not be a self-excluded player or be subject to any exclusion order that would prevent you from accessing gambling services.

1jj5 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

To open an account with 1jj5, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. You are prohibited from registering more than one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents at registration or at any subsequent stage:

• A valid CNIC or current passport for proof of identity and age;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement or other document establishing proof of residential address (issued within the preceding three months);
• A selfie or liveness verification check to confirm that the identity document matches the account holder;
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot or statement of the account or wallet used for deposits.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must never share identity documents via social media, unencrypted email, instant messaging applications or any other unsecured channel.

Submitting altered, forged or otherwise fraudulent documentation is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where required by law, referral to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 1jj5 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — may be listed in the cashier. Availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed. Payment provider names do not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) may be accepted where supported by the cashier. Exchange rates and network fees are subject to variation.
• 1jj5 does not accept deposits made with borrowed money, credit cards where the issuer prohibits such use, or any funds derived from criminal activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit, or a method that has been verified as owned by the account holder.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day/week. Current limits are displayed in the cashier.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers and mobile wallet withdrawals are subject to the processing schedules of the respective provider.
• 1jj5 reserves the right to delay, withhold or decline a withdrawal request pending the completion of security checks, AML reviews or KYC verification.

5.3 Currency

Account balances may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as indicated in the cashier. Currency conversion rates applied to international payment methods will be those prevailing at the time of the transaction and may differ from mid-market rates.

1jj5 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other offers ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

1. Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. The Platform reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Each Promotion is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
3. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the individual promotion terms.
4. Promotions expire on the date and time specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds and wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
5. Only bets placed with real-money funds (not Bonus Funds) will count towards qualifying deposit thresholds unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or hedging strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal — is strictly prohibited and will result in voiding of bonuses and potential account closure.
7. 1jj5 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to eligible players.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 1jj5 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport and market. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules applicable to the specific market as published on the Platform at the time of bet placement shall prevail. Key provisions include:

• Bets are confirmed only once a bet slip reference number is issued. No bet is binding until confirmed.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors, 1jj5 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Match abandonment, postponement and void markets are governed by the rules for the specific sport. Where a match is abandoned mid-play, settlement rules depend on whether a result was achievable at the point of abandonment.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral T20I and Test series — are governed by the applicable cricket betting rules. Ball-by-ball in-play markets are settled using official scorecard data.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet, per accumulator and per day apply. Current limits are available in the sportsbook rules section.

7.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino games are subject to the rules of the respective game as defined by the game studio or live dealer provider.
• RNG (random number generator) games are tested for fairness by the studio. Illustrative RTP percentages may be provided as examples and are not guaranteed outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection or malfunction during a game round, 1jj5's decision on settlement is final, subject to the platform's dispute resolution process.
• The Platform reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on individual games or game categories at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1jj5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, household or device.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Match-fixing or insider knowledge: Placing bets using non-public information or in any manner connected to manipulation of sporting events.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers in bad faith.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle to conceal or transfer funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic or bad-faith exploitation of promotional offers, including via multiple accounts, reversed deposits or low-risk hedging strategies.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access any part of the Platform beyond your authorised account, or interfering with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

1jj5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• A prohibited activity as listed in Section 8 has been identified;
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion or exclusion order;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements necessitate closure.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance — including real-money funds — may be forfeited in accordance with the severity of the breach and applicable law. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, real-money balances (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

All content on the 1jj5 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout ("Content") — is the property of 1jj5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service;
• Use scraping, data-mining or automated extraction tools to harvest Content from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj5, its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from use of the Services, including but not limited to gambling losses;
• Any loss arising from technical failures, service interruptions, communication errors, data loss or delays not within 1jj5's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your own failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility and jurisdictional requirements;
• Any claims arising from inaccuracies in odds data, live score feeds or real-time market information supplied by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty — express or implied — as to uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.

1jj5 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on funds deposited;
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose in any given period;
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a specified period of play;
• Cool-off periods — take a temporary break of 24 hours to six weeks;
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of six months up to permanently.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj5 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk and subject to your compliance with all laws applicable in your country or region of residence. 1jj5 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users specifically must satisfy themselves as to the legality of accessing online gambling services under applicable Pakistani federal and provincial law before using the Platform.

1jj5 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — such as a notification within the Platform or via email — prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated with each revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you should immediately cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 9 above.
